As a communication educator and researcher, I began my first web page almost 20 years ago. I settled on the name “aligning action,” because I believe that moving toward common goals is the end of all productive and satisfying human interactions. The site evolved into a resource which supported my on-ground and online classes in interpersonal and public communication. Now in my retirement, I am reimagining my purpose and beginning a new evolution, wherever that may lead me.
